Definition

ゆったりと過ごしたり、待ったりできる快適な部屋やスペースのことです。空港やホテル、クラブなどによくあります。

主に公共の休憩スペースに使われます（例：'airport lounge' は空港ラウンジ）。動詞の意味で使うことはほとんどありません。

There are two lounges in the airport for travelers.
