Definition
গাছ বা গুল্মের ডাল বা অংশ কাটার কাজ। সাধারণত টুলের সাহায্যে করা হয় এবং পুরো ডাল বা বড় অংশ অপসারণ বোঝায়।

'lopped' সাধারণত পুরো ডালপালা বা বড় অংশ কাটা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। ছোট কিছু কাটা বোঝাতে নয়। এছাড়াও, রূপক অর্থেও ব্যবহৃত হতে পারে।
