"live on your own" in Spanish
Definition
Tener tu propio lugar y cuidarte tú mismo, sin vivir con tus padres, familia o compañeros de piso.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa mucho cuando los jóvenes se mudan por primera vez. Implica independencia total. También se puede decir 'vivir por tu cuenta'. No es igual que 'vivir solo', que puede ser temporal.
