リングイーニは、長くて平たく、スパゲッティより幅広いイタリアのパスタです。シーフードやジェノベーゼなど様々なソースと合わせて使われます。

「リングイーニ」はイタリア語では複数形ですが、日本語では単数・複数関係なく使われます。イタリアン料理店や洋食店でよく見かけ、パスタだけを指します。
