Definition
“跛鸭”指一位在失去选举或任期将结束但继任者尚未就任时,仍在任的领导人或官员。也可以指已经失去权力或影响力的人或团体。

通常用在政治领域,尤其描述即将卸任的官员或失去权力者。是比喻用法,不能直接指真正的鸭子。有时带点幽默意味。
