多くの努力や苦労を感じさせ、不自然だったり無理をしているように見えるさま。息や動作、話し方などに使う。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
フォーマルな表現で、特に「苦しそうな息（laboured breathing）」や、不自然な話し方・書き方に使う。「努力家」とは違い、前向きな意味はない。
