子供の遊びで、丘や高い場所の頂上に立った人を指します。また、一時的にでも権力や主導権を持つ人のことも意味します。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に子供の遊びや冗談で使われ、「私は山の王様！」のように叫ぶことが多いです。フォーマルな場面では使われません。
