기무라는 주짓수나 MMA 등에서 사용하는 그래플링 기술로, 상대의 팔을 등 뒤로 비틀어 굴복을 유도하는 어깨 관절 꺾기입니다.

‘기무라’는 격투기에서만 주로 쓰이며 특정 어깨 꺾기 기술을 뜻합니다. 일반 ‘암록’과는 다릅니다. ‘기무라를 걸다’ 식으로 사용합니다.
