何もせずに待ち時間を過ごすこと。特に他のことをしたい時やイライラしている時によく使います。

主にイギリス英語の口語表現。待つことによる退屈や苛立ちを表現する時に使う。'wait around' や 'twiddle your thumbs' も似た表現。
