Una frase para animar a alguien a no detenerse ni quedarse pensando en algo, sino a seguir adelante física o emocionalmente.

Es informal y se usa mucho en conversaciones, actividades grupales o al querer cambiar de tema. Puede ser literal (caminar) o emocional (superar algo). A menudo lo dicen policías o personal de seguridad, o uno mismo para motivarse.
