कड़ियाँ (joists) लंबी और मज़बूत लकड़ी, धातु या कंक्रीट की पट्टियाँ होती हैं जो इमारत के फर्श या छत को सहारा देती हैं।

'Joists' एक तकनीकी शब्द है जो मुख्यतः निर्माण, वास्तु या सिविल इंजीनियरिंग में इस्तेमाल होता है। अक्सर बहुवचन में प्रयोग होता है क्योंकि फर्श या छत के लिए कई कड़ियाँ चाहिए होती हैं। इसे 'beam' (बड़ी बीम) से न मिलाएँ।
