二本の線や道などが同じ場所で交わったり、クロスしたりすることを指します。概念や要素が部分的に重なる場合にも使われます。

'交差する' や '交わる' は主に数学や科学で使われ、日常会話では 'クロスする' となることも。関心や概念が重なる場合にも使う。
