特に悪いことを誰かにするように働きかけたり、刺激したりする行為。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
主に法的や重要な場面で使われます。犯罪や暴力など、悪い行動に対して使われることが多いです。「at the instigation of ～」は「～の扇動で」と訳します。日常会話ではあまり使いません。
