उद्योगपति वह व्यक्ति है जो किसी बड़ी औद्योगिक कंपनी का मालिक या संचालक होता है और व्यवसाय में बड़ी भूमिका रखता है।

'उद्योगपति' शब्द औपचारिक है, सामान्यतः बड़ी औद्योगिक कंपनियों के मालिकों/नेताओं के लिए प्रयोग होता है, न कि छोटे व्यवसायियों के लिए। इसे 'उद्यमी' या 'व्यापारी' से न मिलाएँ।
