দুই দল বা দেশের মধ্যে খোলামেলা যুদ্ধ, সংঘর্ষ বা সহিংসতা, অথবা তীব্র ঘৃণা বা বিরোধ বোঝায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি প্রায়শই আনুষ্ঠানিক ও বহুবচন হিসেবে ব্যবহৃত হয় এবং সাধারণত যুদ্ধ বা সামরিক সংঘাত বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন 'open hostilities'। সাধারণ ঝগড়া বোঝানোর জন্য নয়।
