嬉皮士是指特別是1960及1970年代，反對傳統社會、重視和平、愛、個人自由，並且通常穿著色彩繽紛，風格獨特的人。

「嬉皮士」主要用來描述六、七十年代的反主流青年文化，有時也用於指稱生活方式另類、追求自由與和平的人。不要與「hipster」（潮人）混淆。
