Definition

何かを始める前に、不安があったりどうなるかわからない時に使う表現です。

カジュアルな場面で使い、独り言としてやみんなの前で言うことも多いです。「Here goes nothing」は「うまくいかないかも」と不安な時に使います。

Here goes! I will try the spicy food now.

**いくぞ**！今から辛い料理に挑戦します。

Here goes—I'm going to jump into the pool.
