“Helpings” 指的是在一餐中分给一个人的食物份量，也就是你被盛几次食物。

Usage Notes (Chinese (Simplified))

“Helpings” 只能用在食物上，是可数名词，表示每次盛上的食物份数。常说 ‘second helping’（再来一份）。不用在饮料上。
