Deliberadamente no gustar de alguien e intentar causarle problemas, a menudo durante un tiempo.

Expresión informal y algo acusatoria. Suele usarse cuando alguien siente que otra persona lo trata injustamente o lo molesta repetidamente. Se puede usar con pronombres: 'has it out for me' ('la tiene conmigo'). No es lo mismo que 'estar enojado con'.
