खुशी, आनंद या संतोष के साथ। संदर्भ के अनुसार इसका अर्थ खुशी-खुशी या सहर्ष भी हो सकता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

यह आम तौर पर बताता है कि कोई काम कैसे किया गया: 'smile happily', 'live happily'। रोज़मर्रा की अंग्रेज़ी में 'happily married' और 'happily agreed' जैसे प्रयोग भी मिलते हैं, जहाँ इसका अर्थ संतुष्ट या खुशी-खुशी होता है। इसे वाक्य की शुरुआत में आने वाले 'Happily, ...' से अलग समझें, जो अधिक औपचारिक है और 'fortunately' के अर्थ में आता है।
