これは身体的または精神的な障害がある人を指す、今では古く差別的とされる表現です。

「身体障害者」は古い表現なので避け、「障害のある人」と言うのが適切です。標識や昔の書類で만 볼 수 있습니다。

This building has a handicapped ramp at the entrance.

There is a handicapped parking space near the door.
