現実には存在しないものを見たり、聞いたり、感じたりすること。たいてい病気や薬、極度の疲労が原因です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に医療や薬、心理的な話題で使われます。「幻覚を見る」は空想の意味には使いません。
