ছোটখাটো বা বিরক্তির কারণ হওয়া বিষয় নিয়ে অনানুষ্ঠানিকভাবে করা অভিযোগ।

'gripes' কথাটি আনানুষ্ঠানিক, যেমন 'have gripes about' বা 'air your gripes' বাক্যে ব্যবহার হয়। সাধারণত বড় কোনো অভিযোগ বোঝায় না।
