पोते-पोतियाँ आपके बेटे या बेटी के बच्चे होते हैं। अगर आपके बच्चों के खुद के बच्चे हों, तो वे आपके पोते या पोतियाँ कहलाते हैं।

'Grandchildren' हमेशा बहुवचन में आता है; एकवचन 'grandchild' है। पारिवारिक बातों में आम शब्द। इसमें पोते और पोतियाँ दोनों आते हैं।
