がつがつ食べるむさぼる
Definition
お腹が空いている時などに、ものを急いで音を立てて食べること。または、情報などを貪欲に吸収することにも使う。
Usage Notes (Japanese)
ややカジュアルな言い方で、主に食べ物に使われます。「gobbling up the news」のように情報をたくさん吸収する意味でも使われます。あまり上品でない食べ方を表すことが多いです。
