Lograr comunicarte con alguien, especialmente por teléfono, o conseguir que alguien comprenda lo que dices.

Es común en situaciones informales. Se usa tanto para lograr llamar por teléfono ('get through to Maria') como para lograr que alguien entienda ('get through to the students'). Suele ir seguido de la persona.
