〜からもらう〜から得る

Definition

特定の人、場所、または情報源から何かをもらったり、得たりすること。

日常会話でよく使われ、「get advice from」のように名詞と一緒に用います。必ず「〜から」という出所が入ります。物理的な場所の位置を言う時には使いません。

Where did you get that from?

それ、どこで**手に入れた**の？

I usually get my books from the library.

私はたいてい図書館から**本をもらいます**。
