Hacer algo disponible eliminando restricciones o liberando espacio, tiempo o recursos que antes estaban ocupados o en uso.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa mucho para hablar de hacer tiempo, dinero, espacio o recursos disponibles. Suele ir seguido de lo que se libera ('free up time', 'free up space'). Es informal y se usa tanto en el trabajo como en lo cotidiano. No confundir con 'set free' (liberar a una persona o animal).
