蝶や鳥のように、素早く軽やかに場所から場所へ移動する様子。または、柔らかく舞うように動くこと。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に昆虫や鳥、葉や影など軽やかな動きに使われます。人の場合は比喩や詩的表現として使います。「fluttering」より口語的です。
