Decidir oficialmente que alguém está errado ou culpado, normalmente em contexto legal ou formal.

Muito formal, normalmente apenas usado em contexto jurídico. Comum na forma passiva: 'was found against'. Não confundir com 'find' (encontrar). Apenas utilizado em julgamentos ou decisões oficiais.
