すべての決定や手続きを終えて、もう変更できない状態にすること。主にビジネスや公式な場面で使われます。

ビジネスや公式の場でよく使われます。「finalise an agreement」「finalise details」のような表現で用いられることが多く、物理的な作業の完了には使いません。
