फिलीज़ युवा मादा घोड़े होती हैं, आम तौर पर चार साल से कम उम्र की। यह शब्द मुख्य रूप से घुड़दौड़ या घोड़ों की ब्रीडिंग में प्रयोग होता है।
Usage Notes (Hindi)
यह शब्द प्रायः घुड़सवारी, रेसींग या प्रजनन संदर्भों में ही इस्तेमाल होता है। इसका एकवचन 'फिली' है। नर घोड़े के लिए 'colt' कहा जाता है।
