Definition

병, 부정의, 적 등 나쁜 것에 맞서 이기려고 노력하는 것.

물리적 싸움뿐 아니라 '암과 싸우다'처럼 비유적으로도 사용. 'fight with'는 함께 싸우다 뜻이니 구분 필요.

We must fight against pollution to protect our planet.
