De uma forma que causa a morte ou algo muito grave e irreversível, normalmente usado para acidentes, ferimentos ou erros.

Normalmente usado em contextos formais, mediáticos ou médicos; comum com 'ferido' ('fatally wounded'). Não utilize para situações que não sejam graves. Similar a 'letalmente', mas 'fatally' é mais abrangente e nem sempre há intenção.
