覆蓋或分隔身體肌肉及其他內部器官的一層薄薄的結締組織。建築學中，也可指屋簷邊緣的一塊平板。

'fascia' 多用於醫學或建築領域。醫學上常見搭配 'muscle', 'deep', 'superficial' 等用法。在建築則常出現在 'fascia board'。切勿與 'fashion'（時尚）混淆。
