En golf, la calle es la parte del campo con césped corto entre el tee y el green. También puede referirse a una parte navegable de un río o mar utilizada por barcos.

Principalmente usado en golf: 'hitting the fairway' es un golpe preciso desde el tee. Como canal navegable, es más técnico o marítimo. No confundir con 'pista' (aterrizaje) o 'camino'. Se usa 'la calle' en golf.
