Definition

紅斑とは、血流が増加することで皮膚が赤くなる症状を指す医学用語です。刺激やけが、感染などが原因で起こります。

「紅斑」は日常会話ではあまり使わず、医療や専門的な場面で使われます。「紅斑多形性」などの診断名にも使われるので、単なる「赤み」と混同しないようにしましょう。
