कुतर्क का मतलब है अस्पष्ट या दो अर्थों वाले शब्दों का प्रयोग करना ताकि सच्चाई छुपाई जा सके या सीधा उत्तर न देना पड़े। अक्सर यह ऐसी बात कहने से जुड़ा होता है, जिसे कई तरह से समझा जा सकता है।
