某物專門存在於特定地區或特定人羣中，尤其是指自然只存在於該地的疾病或物種。

「地方性」常用於科學、醫學或生態語境，描述某疾病、物種、動植物僅存在於某地。不要和「流行病」（epidemic）混淆。常見搭配「endemic to + 地點」。
