制定する実施する演じる

Definition

法律や規則を正式に決定して実施すること。また、劇などで場面を演じることも指します。

主に法律や政策を正式に施行する場面で使われます（例：'enact a law'）。日常会話ではあまり使いません。演劇では「場面を演じる」という意味もあります。

The government will enact a new law next month.

政府は来月、新しい法律を**制定します**。

Congress voted to enact the proposed bill.

議会は提案された法案を**制定する**ことに投票しました。

They will enact stricter rules at school.

彼らは学校でより厳しい規則を**実施します**。

It's one thing to make a plan, but much harder to enact it.
