Definition

誰かに大量の薬や麻薬を与えて、眠くしたり意識を鈍くしたりすること。強い薬や違法薬物について使われることが多い。

カジュアルかつややネガティブな表現で、医療目的または違法薬物の両方に使う。単なる薬の投与（dose up）とは異なる。

The doctor had to dope up the patient before surgery.
