とても疲れて動けない、または完全にやられてしまった状態を表すカジュアルな表現です。意気消沈や敗北感も含みます。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

くだけた表現で、日常会話や友人同士でよく使います。「I’m completely done in」で「もう限界」といったニュアンス。フォーマルな場では使いません。
