শারীরিক বা মানসিকভাবে কিছু থেকে বিচ্ছিন্ন বা আলাদা হওয়া; কোনো সিস্টেম বা প্রক্রিয়াকে বন্ধ বা নিষ্ক্রিয় করা।
Usage Notes (Bengali)
প্রধানত আনুষ্ঠানিক, প্রযুক্তিগত অথবা মানসিক প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন 'disengaging from a conversation', 'disengaging the engine' ইত্যাদি বলা হয়।
