جعل شيء غير قادر على العمل أو قيد الاستخدام؛ أو إيقاف تشغيل خاصية أو وظيفة.

Usage Notes (Arabic)

يستخدم غالباً في السياقات التقنية والطبية. شائع مع 'خصائص'، 'حسابات' و'أجهزة'. أكثر رسمية من 'turn off'. لا تخلطه مع 'unable' الذي يخص الأشخاص وليس الإجراء.
