Definition

「ディーゼルズ」はディーゼル燃料で動くエンジンや、そのエンジンを搭載した車両を指します。主にトラックやバスなどで使われます。

主に自動車や機械の分野で使われ、「ディーゼル燃料」自体は指しません。「ディーゼル車」「ディーゼルエンジン」などと表現されます。
