Expressão muito informal e rara atualmente. Geralmente refere-se a pequenas trafulhices ou à perda de tempo, e não a crimes sérios. Também pode ser usada para descrever mexer em coisas sem necessidade. Não usar em contexto formal. Não confundir com 'dawdling' (só perder tempo).
