일반적인 길, 계획, 기준에서 벗어나 다르게 행동하는 것. 보통 의도적으로 기존의 기대와 달라지는 경우에 사용함.

주로 과학, 비즈니스 등 공식적인 상황에서 사용됨. 'deviating from the plan'처럼 ‘from’과 자주 씀. 사소하거나 우연한 변화에는 쓰지 않음.

He is deviating from the original plan.

그는 원래 계획에서 **벗어나고 있다**.
