用來表示某件事會隨著情況、條件或其他因素而改變。它常出現在 'depending on' 這個結構中，表示「取決於」或「視……而定」.
Usage Notes (Chinese (Traditional))
通常用在 'depending on + 名詞/代詞' 或 'depending on whether + 子句' 結構中，用來引出會改變的結果，例如 'Prices change depending on the season.' 在很多句子裡，'depending on' 比一直重複說 'it depends' 更自然。不要誤用成 'depending of'.
