'deficient' সাধারণত পুষ্টি বা কার্যক্ষমতার মতো ক্ষেত্রে ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন 'vitamin D-তে deficient' বা 'performance deficient'। মানুষকে অপমানজনকভাবে বলা ঠিক নয়।
