'Deceive into' এর পরে সাধারণত verb phrase আসে ('deceive into buying')। এটি আনুষ্ঠানিক ও নেতিবাচক অর্থে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'Persuade' (সহজাত অনুপ্রেরণা) এর সঙ্গে ভুল না করা ভাল। প্যাসিভ ফর্মে প্রচলিত।
